Will Mancini is a clarity evangelist who is passionate about every church having stunningly unique vision. As the founder of Auxano, he has navigated hundreds of church teams through growth barriers. From the 200 barrier of a missional church plant to the 5000 barrier of notable megachurch pastors like Max Lucado, Will thrives on serving the diverse expressions of the church. As a pastor, Will has served two churches that grew past 3000 in less than ten years, Clear Creek Community Church and Faithbridge UMC in the Houston area. He is the author of Church Unique and Building Leaders. In addition to working with churches across the country, Will consults for church related ministries such as Leadership Network and Upward Unlimited.

Dr. Don R. Simmons

Don Simmons has spent his life inspiring people to be engaged in service. Not just any service, but service that is life-changing and life-giving – for those serving and those being served. Often dubbed “the volunteer guru,” Don is on faculty at California State University, Fresno, where he teaches in the American Humanics program. A former children’s pastor, associate pastor, executive pastor and church planter, as well as 22 years as a seminary professor, Don loves the Church and the potential that the unleashed, equipped person in the pew offers. As a pioneer in the “equipping church” movement, Don consults and coaches churches, community-benefit organizations, government agencies and international groups with a passion to develop people, not just grow programs. As a trainer and consultant for Leadership Network, Group Publishing, Outreach, Inc., Don’s writing and influence has been incorporated in the Externally Focused Church, Recovery, Encore and Missional Renaissance initiatives. A native of South Carolina, he lives in Fresno, California where he is active in city government, downtown revitalization and historic preservation.

Ron is a pastor at Grace Community Church and is a church leader passionate about planting churches, helping established churches thrive, and assisting pastors and those in ministry think through leadership, strategy and life. He has over 20 years business experience, mostly as a self-employed business owner, and has been in full-time ministry for over 8 years. His greatest times are with his wife, Cheryl, and their amazing adult sons, Jeremy and Nate.

His INTJ personality on the Myers Briggs indicator means he has big ideas. He loves creative and critical thinking and loves to see progress. He’s usually around people, but craves down time so, you’ll usually find him training for either a half or full marathon. Running is his most productive thinking time.

Shaun Winn

Shaun has worked in marketing and advertising for the past 13 years.  He spent 3 years working in the Special Programs/Marketing area at the International Humanitarian Relief Organization World Vision in Seattle, Washington. His time with World Vision included work with their teen program 30 Hour Famine.  From there, Shaun moved to Texas to work for Teen Mania Ministries.  He spent 8 years marketing their national youth conferences – Acquire the Fire and BattleCry; their missions program – Global Expeditions; and their post high-school internship program – Honor Academy. Each year at Teen Mania Shaun traveled to 30+ conferences across the U.S. and Canada and spoke to thousands of teenagers and youth workers.

In 2007 Shaun left Teen Mania and founded The Winn Group. The Winn Group is a creative agency that specializes in serving non-profits, churches, and cause-centric organizations globally. The Winn Group’s goal is to help amplify each of their clients story and bring action to their cause.

The Winn Group has been recognized with several awards over the years including Davey Awards, Addy Awards (at the regional, district, and national level), PIA Awards, and has been recognized by the Dallas Society of Visual Communications.

Shaun currently lives in Frisco, Texas with his wife of 12 years and their 8-year-old daughter.

 

Brad Leeper

Based on experience and affinity, Brad Leeper is drawn to larger, innovative, growing churches and the challenges of helping them expand in the area of generosity practically and spiritually. As a Generis Principal, he is well served by his experience as a consultant to churches across the nation, a staff leader in resource development for local ministries, a Campus Director for Campus Crusade for Christ, and his role as church elder in his own 4,000-member home church, Perimeter Church in Atlanta.

Brad’s unique approach allows him to serve larger and growing churches with significant funding requirements. Brad has a strong understanding of the multi-site church strategy and other pioneering church movements.

A 20-year member of Perimeter Church, Brad served four years on the Global Outreach Executive Team, which oversees a significant missions budget. Brad also served on the Kingdom Resource Team, which developed strategic giving for the church. Brad also served on a local high school ministry board and works closely with several ministries across the country. He and his wife Lisa have two delightful adult daughters, Laura and Sarah.

Brad earned a Masters in Theology degree from Dallas Seminary and a B.S. in Economics from West Virginia University. A member of the National Association of Church Business Administrators, he has professional certifications in church risk management and human resources—with diverse experience in financial analysis, adult education, cross-cultural missions and strategic planning.

 

Bryan Miles

Bryan is COO & Co-founder of Miles Advisory Group and is blessed to run this company with his wife, Shannon. Prior to starting MAG, he worked for companies in the tech and construction industries including Cogun, Inc., a national church construction company as the VP of Consulting. Bryan obtained his B.A. in Business from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in Mount Vernon, OH. Bryan, Shannon and their daughter Rainey and son Harper attend church at the Browns Bridge Campus of North Point Community Church. Bryan also enjoys backpacking and climbing.

 

 

 

Sarah Jackson

Sarah is on the Customer Care Team at Church Community Builder. She has worked with hundreds of churches over the past few years of being on staff there. She loves training and giving churches the tools they need to succeed, but her true passion is getting churches connected with their communities. Whether it is helping undocumented workers understand their rights or serving in the local rescue mission, Sarah is passionate about putting others first. A few of the organizations Sarah has served with are; El Centro HumanitarioAmerican Friends Service CommitteeUrban Peak and Rights For All People. Sarah knows how to get involved in her community. Be careful though, after hearing from her, you may want to quit your day job, give up all your possessions and live with those less fortunate, at least that’s what she did. If that sounds too crazy, don’t worry, she knows how to give practical steps and resources for more “manageable” outreach opportunities.

 

Michael Lee Stallard

Jason Pankau is president of Life Spring Network, a discipleship and leadership development ministry that helps pastors and church leaders build holistic, transformational, disciple-making communities. At Life Sprint Network, Jason serves as a speaker, seminar leader, life coach, and consultant. His experience includes church planting, serving as the lead pastor in two church plants, and mentoring and consulting with church planters. In addition, he served on the staff of Stanwich Church in Greenwich, Connecticut for six years. During this time he developed the Omega Course and a life coaching ministry which in 2006 Stanwich Church commissioned him to share with the church at large.

Jason is a partner at E Pluribus Partners, a leadership training and coaching firm. He speaks, teaches, coaches and writes about leadership and organizational culture.  Organizations Jason has spoken or taught at include General Dynamics, General Re, Johnson & Johnson, NASA, Northwestern University, Scotiabank and UBS. He is a guest lecturer at the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business.
